The shirt under the joke

We'd wear this one blank

Lightweight combed cotton in a fine 32 singles yarn, honest construction, and a fit that works whether or not anyone reads your chest.

Soft on day 1. Still soft on day 30.

Combed and ring-spun cotton at 4.2 oz. Breathable without feeling flimsy.

Prints that survive the laundry.

Fine 32 singles yarn makes a smooth, tight face that holds a graphic sharp through a real summer of washing.

Cut like a shirt, not a uniform.

Unisex, true to size, relaxed but not baggy. Side-seamed with taped shoulders and a tear-away label.

Help with the fit

A shirt you own knows your size

Closer fit or a little more room? The fastest way to know is a tape measure and a shirt you already like.

Lay your favorite tee flat.

Measure straight across, armpit to armpit.

Check the length too.

Shoulder seam beside the collar, straight down to the hem.

Match it to the chart.

Find that number in the Chest (flat) column. That's your size.

Help with the fit

A few good questions.

Still deciding? We’re happy to help.

What payment methods do you take?
All the usual ones: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Shop Pay. If it's a legit way to pay online, it probably works here.

Will I get tracking?
Yes. Tracking lands in your inbox the moment your order ships, so you can refresh it obsessively like the rest of us.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We print fast, which is usually the good news and occasionally the bad news. Once an order's in motion we can't change the address, size, or details. If something's genuinely wrong when it arrives, returns are free and easy and we'll sort you out.

I forgot my discount code. Help?
We can't apply a code after an order's placed, unfortunately. Hang onto it for next time, it'll still be there.

Can I add something to an existing order?
Not to one that's already placed, but starting a second order takes about thirty seconds. Think of it as the extra one you were going to want anyway.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, on any order over $75 combined. A good reason to talk yourself into the second shirt.

When will my order ship?
We pack and ship within 2 to 5 business days of your order. During busy stretches, when everyone decides at once that they need new pickleball shirts, it can run a touch longer.

When will it arrive?
Once it ships, usually 3 to 7 business days depending on where you are.

Is checkout secure?
Fully. Encrypted, locked down, none of your details going anywhere they shouldn't. Tighter than your grip on match point.

What if my order's delayed?
Delivery windows are estimates, and once a package is with the carrier it's out of our hands. If something looks stuck, reach out and we'll chase down what we can.

What's your return policy?
Thirty days, and there's nothing to ship back. Don't love it? We'll refund you. Wrong size? We'll send the right one and you keep the original. Just email us within 30 days of your purchase.

How do I start a return or replacement?
Email help@packofpickles.com with your order number and what went wrong, or what size you need instead. Real people on the other end, and we actually want to help.

Why don't I have to send it back?
Everything is printed to order, so a returned shirt can't go back on a shelf we don't have. Mailing it to us helps nobody. Keep it, pass it to someone who plays, or donate it. We'd rather it end up on a person than in a return bin.

How many replacements do I get?
One per order. After that we'll sort out a refund instead. The size guide is worth two minutes before you order, and if you're between sizes, email us and we'll tell you straight.

Where are you based?
North Carolina. Designed here, printed to order here, all in the USA.

Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We're US-only for now while we get everything right. International is on the list.

What are the shirts made of?
Soft, breathable cotton with a smooth face that holds a print. Solid colors run 100% ring-spun cotton; heathers and specialty shades are a cotton blend, and the exact mix varies by color.

How heavy is the fabric?
Light. Around 4.2 oz, airy and breathable without feeling flimsy, which is what you want mid-rally in July.

How does the fit run?
True to size, unisex, cut like something you'd own regardless of what's printed on it. Relaxed without going shapeless. Between sizes? Size up for room, stay put for a closer line.

Will the print hold up?
Yes, if you treat it kindly. Cold wash, no iron on the print, hang or tumble low. Do that and it holds up for the long haul.

My shirt arrived with a faint mark or a pressed look around the print. Is that a defect?
Almost certainly not. Shirts get a pre-treatment before printing so the ink sits properly, and it can leave a light residue or a slightly pressed look on arrival. It washes out in the first cold cycle and won't come back. If it's still there after a wash, email us with a photo and we'll sort it.
