The 30-day promise

Thirty days to decide. If it isn't right, we'll make it right, and you won't be shipping anything back.

Don't love it? Contact us for a refund. No return needed. Donate it, gift it, or keep it.

Wrong size? We'll send a replacement in your new size. Keep the original.

Why there's nothing to send back

Everything is printed to order, so a returned shirt can't go back on a shelf we don't have. Shipping it to us would cost you time and cost everyone a second trip through the mail for a garment nobody can resell.

So we skip that part. Keep it, pass it to someone who plays, or donate it. We'd rather the shirt end up on a person than in a return bin.

What's covered

Within 30 days of purchase:

Wrong size ordered
Wrong item, size, or color sent
Arrived damaged or defective
Print defect
Package confirmed lost in transit, provided the address was correct
You simply don't love it

What's not

Requests after the 30-day window
Items confirmed delivered to an incorrect address you supplied
A second replacement on the same order. One replacement per order, then we'll sort out a refund instead.

How to start

Email help@packofpickles.com with:

Your order number
What went wrong, or what size you need instead
A photo, if it's a damage or defect issue

We'll reply within a day. Real people on the other end who actually want to fix it.

Refund timing

Once a refund is approved, it goes back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it usually takes 5 to 10 business days to appear.

Cancellations and changes

We print fast, which is usually good news. Once an order is in production, we can't change the size, color, address, or cancel it.

If you catch a mistake immediately after ordering, email us right away and we'll do what we can. No promises, but we'll try. And if it ships wrong anyway, the 30-day promise covers it.
